Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), about 20 minutes away by car or taxi. Public transport is free throughout the city, and the property is located near several bus stops that provide quick access to the city center. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

Die KĂŒche war sehr spĂ€rlich ausgestattet. Man konnte keine SpĂŒlmschine mit dem vorhandenen Geschirr fĂŒllen. Die Töpfe waren kaputt und nicht gut abgewaschen. Die WeinglĂ€ser waren alle angeschlagen. Die KĂŒche war ungemĂŒtlich. Die Beleuchtung im Bad war unzureichend. Die Wohnung war viel zu teuer fĂŒr die gebotene Ausstattung. Es gab kein HandspĂŒlmittel, keinen Waschlappen fĂŒr die KĂŒche, es war einfach nicht gut ausgestattet. Gereingt war es auch nur oberflĂ€chlich. Wir wĂŒrden diese Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen.

Generally clean; passĂ© design, minimal and perfunctory decor. Mandatory 75 cleaning fee attached at check-in; thinnest bed pillows I’ve ever seen; no soap or other toiletries in shower, no tissues. Three sinks (including kitchen), none of which close securely to allow safe cleaning and insertion/removal of daily-use contact lenses. We would look elsewhere when returning to Luxembourg.

Vorsicht! Zuviel abgebuchtes Geld wird nicht zurĂŒck erstattet! Vermittler Arca Properties kommuniziert nur per Mail und auf Englisch. Der Vermittler verlangt von allem Fotos oder ein screenshot. Die Wohnung ist gross und bis auf den FluglĂ€rm ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist schlecht!

Check-in was really easy - the videos were a great help. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the house is perfectly located for walking into the city and also touring around the country.
