Its large double plot of over 5,000 m² is surrounded by extensive mature gardens with several relaxation and entertainment areas, all with beautiful sea and mountain views. Here you can sit and read a good book, have an aperitif with friends or enjoy a magnificent outdoor barbecue. By the end of the day, enjoy the breathtaking views from the fantastic jacuzzi on the house's solarium or prepare an informal meal in the outdoor kitchen. Important note: The property has a Property Manager at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm.

The outdoor pool and the jacuzzi in the rooftop terrace can be heated at an additional cost and must be contracted in advance.

Prior to check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for a damage deposit amount of 10.000€. This is not an actual charge but a temporary hold, ensuring that funds are available if needed. Please be aware that this hold will be released within 10 days after your departure, provided no significant damages are identified. We understand accidents can happen, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the property's integrity for all future guests.
