This - our premium 2 bedroom apartment - is part of The Central Residence accommodation by our family business, Kassiopi Corfu Villas. Boasting ample space (65m2 interior!), this premium apartment is perfect for a group wishing to live together without encroaching on each other’s privacy. Two bedrooms (sleeps 4), two en-suites bathrooms, two private balconies, kitchen/living area with sofa bed for a 5th guest plus a separate dining room. A mini-villa in itself.

Enjoy modern comforts for a comfortable, luxury stay: Wi-Fi throughout, climate control air conditioning units (the latest in clean air technology), mosquito nets, black out curtains, power showers, smart TV for connecting to your streaming services, coffee machine, soundproofed apartment, plus proper plumbing meaning you can flush toilet paper down the toilet - hardly a luxury for the first world yet rare still in Corfu! An ideal self-catering apartment for people not wanting to give up their home comforts, coupled with it's sheer size and you can understand why we call this our premium apartment.

The Central Residence by Kassiopi Corfu Villas consists of two, two-bedroom luxury apartments and two, one-bedroom deluxe suites. Crowned with the exclusive-to-guests, stunning roof top garden with 360â€Č views over Kassiopi, the sea and the Albanian mountains beyond. A wonderful spot at any time of the day but particularly magical for sunsets! Sit and relax on sun loungers, sofas, bean bags, dine up there at one of dining tables, enjoy yoga at sunrise - so much space and ways to use it to your own liking. Your apartment also has the access of our pool situated on the opposite apartment block - a large pool with further sunbathing spots, it is a peaceful spot to relax at.

The Central Residence is 100m from the first restaurant, bar, bakery and supermarket on a small side street at the top part of the village. A simple 3 minute stroll from Kassiopi village square. 5 minutes to Kassiopi harbour or main beach. Stay in the heart of Kassiopi but enjoy the peace and quiet too!

Our team at Kassiopi Corfu Villas had an amazing vision when we renovated this property. Changing everything bar the exterior walls! Top luxury. Top Comfort. Central Location. There are no other apartments to rent in Kassiopi like The Central Residence.

Central Residence Kassiopi

Good high spec apartment within 100m of the village high street. Shared pool in adjoining property, which part of the same ownership. Lovely well equipped rooftop terrace for sun bathing which has good views of the castle and out to sea. The apartment is east facing, so it gets the sun in the morning. Mosquito nets are installed on all doors and windows, which provides excellent protection at night.

Myself (Yiannis) and my wife, Keleigh welcome you to Kassiopi! We are lucky enough to call this beautiful place our home and raise two children here. During summer I'm head chef at the very popular Petrino Restaurant in Kassiopi harbour whilst overseeing the maintenance of our rental properties. My wife is the day-to-day contact point for guests and is reachable at any time whether that be prior to arrival or during your stay.
The rental accommodations we have were designed by us, built by us and now, rented by us. The genuine love we have for our properties means they are well looked after. Plus, there doesn’t exist a more knowledgeable point of contact for any help or assistance should you need it
