NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2026â 38 Zinc is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the popular block of Zinc which is a super stylish development set on Headland Road in one of Newquay's most sought after holiday locations.

This property has been designed with comfort and style. This property is in the perfect location for your Newquay break. Both Fistral Beach and the town centre are within a few minutes walking distance.
38 Zinc has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors onto the balcony. The lounge doubles as a sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher and washer/dryer to help make your stay as relaxing as possible.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has zip & link twin beds.
Please note this apartment does not have a parking space. There is however a long stay car park directly behind the zinc building which weekly passes can be purchased from the Cornwall Gov website.
