It is located 400 m from the rocky beach "Cala Fonda Betlem", 4 km from the town "Colonia de Sant Pere", 4 km from the supermarket "Colonia de San Pere", 4 km from the sandy beach "Son Serra de Marina", 4 km from the bus station "Colonia de San Pere", 4 km from the restaurant "Colonia de San Pere", 15 km from the natural park "Son Serra de Marina", 20 km from the Golf course "Capdepere Golf", 25 km from the train station "Manacor", 30 km from the water park "Hidropark", 70 km from the airport "Son Sant Joan Palma de Mallorca" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, children's area, private pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 3 fans, 3 TVs, radio.
The American kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a suite with a double bed, a small living room and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
