Mautby is a small parish that has the River Bure at its edge to the south and the Norfolk Broads National Park to the north and west.  With over 125 miles of waterways and nature trails to discover, it should not be missed.  Hire a boat, canoe or kayak, take a picnic and leave the rest of the world behind.   The east coast beaches are long stretches of sandy beach that are often not over-populated, even in the summer.
