Summary:
Nestled in the heart of the Marais between place de la Bastille and place des Vosges, the apartment is conveniently located in a central and vibrant area of Paris.
It is located in a heritage building. The place was fully refurbished by a Parisian architect to combine historic features with contemporary comfort and design.
Important: No elevator - about 15 stairs until the 1st floor

The Space:
The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining room with seating for 10
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with bathtub & no toilet, and one with shower & toilet)
- 1 Private bathrooms (see below)
- 1 Separate toilet

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub and toilet)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for 1 person

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
A/C, Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
High speed Wifi, a TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator, about 25 steps)

The Neighborhood:
Le Marais meaning ‘marsh’ in old French is Paris's trendiest neighborhood located in the 3rd and 4rth district. Prized for its antique charm and narrow roads, it is Paris's most eclectic district. Le Marais is seen as the place to be for creatives in Paris, with numerous independent designers, art galleries, concept stores, artisanal coffee shops, local restaurants, vintage shops, and little courtyards. Some luxury mansions and palaces once owned by Paris most nobles’ families from the 17th century are to be seen in the quiet and ungentrified neighborhood of Le Marais.

Getting Around:
3 minutes walking distance from Métro Bastille:
- Line 1
- Line 5
- Line 8

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
