Offering spectacular coast and countryside views, this spacious and comfortable property has a breezy, modern feel that perfectly suits its location high above Woolacombe. It has quality furnishings and a delightful garden, making it a fabulous destination for large families or groups of friends to enjoy walks from the front door, days at the beach or simply relaxing on the terrace.
From your private drive itâs 12 steps up to the front door. The sleek kitchen is a light-filled space equipped with a breakfast bar for four, while more formal meals can be taken in the adjacent dining area. The main lounge is set over two levels; on the lower level are two sofas and a Smart TV, while two steps up takes you to a work area and a sofa from which you can enjoy the gorgeous views. Alternatively, you can relax in the snug, where there are chairs and floor cushions, books, games and a Smart TV. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size and a single, the latter two rooms sharing a spacious shower room. A set of open-tread stairs leads to the first floor, where youâll find a twin bedroom (super-king-size on request) with an en-suite shower room, and a large single bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. On this steep site the garden has various levels with dining and viewing areas, sun loungers and a lawn.
Woolacombeâs long, sandy beach is its main attraction, popular for kayaking, walking, swimming and kitesurfing as well as excellent surfing. The village itself has a lively atmosphere, with a choice of pubs and restaurants, while family attractions nearby include Ilfracombe Aquarium, 7 miles, Watermouth Castle, 9 miles, and Combe Martin Wildlife Park, 12 miles.
