With large TV’s and games in the lounge, little ones and adults alike will stay entertained. The bathroom is new and modern with both showering and bathing options for you. Guest Access:
The Apartment has a communal entrance that ensures safety and includes parking that is on a first come first serve basis. However don't let this worry you as there is free street parking on Florence Road and surrounding streets if you miss it.

The Neighborhood:
Location-wise it is a terrific spot; you are within walking distance to the beach, Boscombe Pier and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. Bournemouth town centre is close by, and if you love walking, you can take the sea-path along the seafront from Boscombe Pier. Should you drive an Electric Vehicle, you’ll be delighted to know there is a MER 50KW charger in Sainsbury’s car park, 400 metres away. We must highly recommend "Urban Beach" which is a popular bar and restaurant with a chilled and relaxed vibe and only a few minutes away from your apartment.

Getting Around:
Bournemouth and Boscombe has an array of public services for getting out and about if you don't want to use your car. With the beach just a short walk away but also Buses and Beryl Bikes available for your convenience, local attractions are very easy for your party to get to.

Other Things to Note:
The keys for the apartment are held in the key safe. Please remember when leaving the keys in the safe after your stay to scramble the numbers once locked.
