This beautiful villa surrounded by nature is located in Rovinj near the sea. Located on the west coast of Istria, Rovinj is today one of the most developed tourist destinations in Croatia. Also known as one of the most picturesque and romantic cities in the Mediterranean, Rovinj has been attracting a large number of tourists for decades, and most of them faithfully return year after year. At the entrance to the house is a covered terrace with dining area with TV and a summer kitchen for the preparation of Mediterranean specialties. There is also a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a childrenâs playground. Next to the pool there is a barbecue as an ideal place for evening parties with food and drink.
