This serviced accommodation which offers FREE driveway PARKING & Wi-Fi, is less than a 30-minute walk from the Harry Potter Studios; and the filming location for the Game of Thrones spin-off series House of the Dragon.

BEDROOM(S): Furnished to a high standard, this spacious house comes with three double rooms and a larger than average small room, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people (6 individual single beds and two on the double bed).
- Bedroom 1: One large King Zip & Link bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: One large King Zip & Link bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: One single bed (sleeps 1)
- Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): A double and a single bed (sleeps 3)
BATHROOM: A stylish fully tiled modern bathroom with a bath and a separate step-in shower cubicle for that all-important end of hard day relaxation.
OPEN PLAN DINING/LOUNGE & KITCHEN AREA: The airy and bright space leads into a stone-floored kitchen that comes equipped with fully fitted modern appliances including a coffee maker, microwave & more. An extensive range of kitchen essentials are provided as standard. Sit on the patio with a cool drink overlooking the garden as the sun sets or relax and stream programmes, including NETFLIX on the SMART 50" TV, read a book/magazine or do a jigsaw puzzle or work from the office desk. Enjoy coffee from the four-seater dining table for a true home from home experience.
The apartment is regularly cleaned and disinfected to local COVID-19 guidelines at every check-out. Our hotel quality cotton linen is washed at 90 degrees and fully ironed for your comfort. MPL Apartments is a family run business; both Ian and Merrie have a Healthcare background. We thoroughly enjoyed the guest interaction, learning about where they came from and assisting them with their onward plans beyond staying with us in the spare room we let out on Airbnb.
Driven by passion and the ever-growing demand, we acquired our first serviced accommodation at the end of February 2020, straight into a baptism by fire of the then-unheard-of COVID-19! To date, MPL Apartments are proud recipients of the BDC 9.8 Traveller 2020 Award and now operate a range of 1-2- & 4-bedroom properties in prime locations in central Watford
Nearby all our apartments are a wonderful selection of global cuisines, cafes, restaurants, theatres, and museums, together with Watford General Hospital, West Herts College, Watford Magistrates Court, Watford FC, Moor Park Golf Club, Cassiobury Park, Atria Shopping Centre and much more.
