Welcome to an oasis of elegance in the heart of Milan, nestled in the bustling Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires districts. This beautifully renovated loft offers quality accommodation for up to 4 people. Located in the vibrant Porta Venezia neighborhood, just a stone's throw from the red metro station "Porta Venezia," the apartment provides easy access to the Duomo and all major attractions of the world’s fashion and design capital. The direct 20-minute train to Milan Rho Fiera Exhibition Center stops only a 2-minute walk away!
The entire loft has been recently renovated and decorated with meticulous attention to detail and a refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The mezzanine floor features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is located on the upper level.
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV, a washing machine, and a Fiber Optic WiFi connection, ensuring you have all the comforts of home. Quiet and stylish, it's perfect for a comfortable stay while exploring the beautiful city of Milan. This apartment is ideal for couples, single travelers, or small groups seeking a sophisticated retreat.

comfortable room

Excellent room for the money. clean, although the bath needs a little renovation. the location is excellent. metro and shop nearby. We lacked a cupboard for things, sugar and oil for frying. We are planning to return in February!

Nice to sleep but not to stay during the day.

No daylight or window. We had to pay 4x3 euro taxes, for two nights two adults, "citytaxes, although Booking site explicitly says "all taxes and addional costs" are included.

Wonderful neighborhood. A very quiet apartment with some minor maintenance concerns. The lack of natural light was not apparent in the listings and we appreciate being able to see out windows in our accommodation

Amazing Property

I had the best time at this accommodation during my first visit to Milan. I was messaged by the host in the morning of my arrival—he also offered to let me check in early as the property was ready. When we arrived, he was waiting outside and we were able to check in easily and he explained all the details of our property. I felt comfortable and confident in my stay there. The property itself is in a phenomenal location, with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. It’s a quiet and residential area that feels safe and welcoming. It is a direct walk from the Duomo (28 min walk) and also has a metro station a stone’s throw away. It’s well connected and great for the price. We had a lot of options when deciding how to get around the city. The apartment is beautiful and completely renovated. It has all the necessary amenities (toilet roll, towels, hand soap, plates, pots, cutlery, TV, speaker, wifi, sheets, a pull out couch, table with chairs, walk-in closet, fridge with complimentary water and ice). It’s very clean and has a lot of space for upto 4 guests to stay comfortably.

Short Stay

Very good communication and you are made aware of situation as you head to Milan. Someone will greet you and show you around. We had Davide who was brilliant and helpful. The apartment is lovely, modern and spacious. Ideally located with bars and restaurants very close by as well as supermarket, tram/metro. Would recommend.

sono stato qui per una settimana e il posto Ăš bellissimo. Fuori tanti locali ed il centro a pochi passi come la metropolitana. Dentro comunque c'Ăš sempre silenzio e si sta bene. Se completano l'arredamento della cucina si puĂČ anche cucinare. CosĂŹ va bene per una notte o due e se vai a mangiare fuori

I highly recommend this beautiful loft!

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and it is a beautiful, new, clean, gorgeous apartment that is in a great location. The host met us at the property and showed us around and gave us tips of places to go. I will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Milan! I highly recommend this beautiful loft!

Nice location, discreet apartment but awful service

Apartment is in a nice neighborood in Milan and quiet at night, but all the stress to get into, to recieve the information for chek in, having the keys, and the bad communciation from the person who shpould help the client (yes we are guests and clients!!) took out all the benifts from thsi apartment. hence my very negative comments
