We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Nice one bedroom apartment in a relaxing residence a few steps from the city center (Costa del Silencio). In the apartment you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation that this (private) space offers, also outdoors.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and space to store clothes, a complete bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and an open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a small living room with a sofa bed and SMARTTV. In the accommodation there is free Wi-Fi for the exclusive use of guests (ultra-fast fiber).The residence of the complex has a community pool with space to lie down and enjoy the sun. It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds. The complex does not have parking. You can park for free on the street.
