A stunning new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with panoramic views over London from its balcony.

It is on the 12th floor of George Street, an architect-designed building which rises 37 storeys above Canary Wharf’s new district Wood Wharf. Here guests can enjoy amenities including work and social spaces, communal roof terrace, bar and coffee hub!

It has excellent transport links to the City and West End via the Docklands Light Railway and is close to the world famous Westfield shopping centre at Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The feeling of luxury starts as you enter the double-height grand lobby area. The building has a lift as well as a secure video entry system. There is also free wi-fi for guests, air conditioning and a digital thermostat panel for heating.

This two bedroom apartment is decorated in a contemporary style and is finished to a high specification. It is the perfect base for professionals or visitors wishing to stay in this vibrant area. It really does have the wow factor with its floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of the river and London’s skyline.

The open-plan living space, with access to the balcony, features a coffee table, spacious L-shaped sofa, interesting artwork and flat-screen Smart television. It is flooded with natural light from the spectacular dual-aspect windows and incorporates a dining area with table for leisurely meals. The American-style kitchen with underlit storage cupboards offers top of the range Siemens appliances, such as induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a combined washer-dryer for the convenience of guests.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, console table and mirror and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, rainfall shower and hand-held attachment.

Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, use of a family bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower and hand-held attachment, plenty of storage and direct access to the balcony.

The Location

The apartment block is located in Wood Wharf, a vibrant new area within the international business district of Canary Wharf in East London’s Docklands. It is a restful waterside setting surrounded by welcoming green space. Canary Wharf is one of London’s most affluent residential and commercial districts close to the City and about half an hour from the West End. There are scores of exclusive bars and restaurants such as Hawksmoor, a steak house based in a floating pavilion and Emilia’s Crafted Pasta restaurant is right next door. For self-catering, there are supermarkets nearby alongside many other retail outlets.

The area enjoys an excellent transport system via the Docklands Light Railway which links to London’s underground network.

**Please note there is currently construction in the area. This is audible from the home as the construction is on the east side of the building, 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, from 8am-1pm on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays. Certain Exceptions Apply.**
