The apartment is suitable for up to four guests. It has a contemporary feel with a neutral palette, beautiful wooden flooring and high ceilings throughout. It is flooded with natural light from its full height windows.
The open-plan living area has wall-to-wall windows and a door leading to the balcony with its spectacular view. Other features include comfortable seating, bold modern art work, a coffee table and flat-screen Samsung Smart television. It incorporates a beautiful wooden table for dining and an American-style kitchen with underlit units and top of the range Siemens appliances, such as induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a combined washer-dryer for the convenience of guests.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, rainfall shower and plenty of storage
Bedroom 2 has direct access to a balcony, a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and use of a family bathroom with large walk-in shower.
The Location
The apartment block is located in Wood Wharf, a bustling new area within the inter-national business district of Canary Wharf in East Londonâs Docklands. It is a restful waterside setting surrounded by welcoming green space. Canary Wharf is one of Londonâs most affluent residential and commercial districts close to the City and about half an hour from the West End. There are scores of exclusive bars and restaurants such as Hawksmoor, a steak house based in a floating pavilion. Emiliaâs Crafted Pasta restaurant and Dishoom are a walk away. The area enjoys an excellent transport system via the Docklands Light Railway which links to Londonâs underground network.
**Please note there is currently construction in the area. This is audible from the home as the construction is on the east side of the building, 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, from 8am-1pm on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays. Certain Exceptions Apply.**
