Zaton, an idyllic bay surrounded by rolling hills, lies a mere 8 kilometers northwest of Dubrovnik, encompassing two charming fishing villages, Veliki Zaton and Mali Zaton, along with two smaller hamlets. The seafront platform connects to the sauna area, leading to the ground floor of Villa Ocean Serenity, where a sea-facing terrace, bathed in sunlight, is complemented by a summer kitchenette and dining and lounging furnishings. Beyond the terrace's expansive glass doors, you will step into the ground floor of the villa, featuring a well-appointed space with a fully equipped designer kitchen, a dining area with a large table for 10 guests, and a central living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a SAT TV. The ground floor also houses the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.



The first floor, accessible by stairs or the elevator, hosts four additional bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third room is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. All three bedrooms come with terraces boasting magnificent sea views. The fourth bedroom, although smaller and lacking sea views, offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
