Two Freeview HD TVs, WiFi, selection of games and books, table tennis table. Fuel, power and logs for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Parking for 4 cars. Secure gardens to three sides with lawns, outdoor storage area, garden seating and tables for 12 people. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7.2 miles, pub 6.4 miles.
