Modern apartment on sea front, direct access to beach, harbour, restaurants

With uninterrupted views of the sea, direct access to the promenade and sandy beach, Ramsgate town centre, and the harbour, there is something for all the family and friends to enjoy. Secure allocated parking in the undercroft for 1 car and general car parking nearby. The apartment has a kitchen-diner-lounge area and two bedrooms - one with en suite. There are floor-to-ceiling windows and doors out onto balconies, all with views over the beach and towards the harbour.

The historic Ramsgate town centre with its bars, restaurants, cafes and shops is a short walk along the promenade and turn right, there are some very nice restaurants overlooking the harbour, again walking distance. It's a lovely family space (note balconies mean I would urge extra caution with little ones) or a quiet couple's retreat, or even just time out by yourself. At low tide you can walk along the beach to Broadstairs.

This place is very special to us and we love being here, we hope you do too.

Weekend break

The apartment was very comfortable with amazing views over the sea. Everything we needed was provided - the extra fan was much appreciated during the hot weather we enjoyed over the weekend. We would definitely return and have recommended to friends.

Modern beachside apartment

A brand new property situated right on the beach, coffee in the morning from the double bedroom affords views across the sea, the twin room has its own balcony so feels nicely contained. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and would be a great place to stay for longer than the two nights we had.

Perfect location

This is a perfect location...my only downside is the tv only has netflix..we really missed terrestrial channels...but the view's were sensational and a very easy stroll a few hundred yards to everything..no need to use a car

Fantastic apartment

This is a fantastic apartment in a perfect location above the beach. Our family enjoyed balmy summer breezes from the large patio and walked into town with ease. Will happily rebook another time.

First class experience

Amazing property, finished to a high standard, super clean, very well equipped especially in the kitchen because we heavily relied on being able to self-cater. On the beachfront, with unrestricted view of the sea, able to watch the sunrise each morning. Myself and my family had an amazing stay all-round. Lots of instructions were sent on how to find the property, how/where tonpark, how to find our way around the functions of the flat and so on. Seemed complicated up front, but when we got there, the level of detail.was super helpful. We would definitely visit again.

Great location, spectacular views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortably-furnished, well-equipped apartment and would happily visit again. The location is ideal for pleasant walks to Broadstairs and Pegwell Bay, and locally there's a good selection of restaurants and bars within easy reach. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful; parking was convenient, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean. Full marks all round.

Lovely place.could do with a couple of mirrors so the ladies can dry there hair and do there makeup. As you can’t take electric items in the bathroom. Over all lovely place beautiful views

Amazing apartment

We have had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, the sea views were great even the fresh breeze didn’t stop us from sitting outside on the balconies. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, it was like we were staying with friends. The location was perfect, beautiful uninterrupted sea views with the bustle of the harbour a short walk away. There was easy access to the onsite parking which again makes this property stand out against others we have stayed at.

Great location, awesome property!

This property was great - it has everything you need for a great stay. Two comfortable bedrooms with great views. Our family of four - two adults and two teenage children were very comfortable. The views are awesome. The location is great - we walked out the front door to the beach. And we explored Thanet Beaches, Dover and Canterbury all within easy less than 30 minute drives from this location. Our only regret is we didn't get a chance to tour the Ramsgate Tunnels, which are adjacent to this property. Overall 5+ stars.

Holiday In Ramsgate

The property was very comfortable and met all our needs. The bedrooms were a good size but may benefit from some additional storage space with clothes hooks / drawers in the amin bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials but would benefit from a step stool to reach the top shelves It is a wonderful base for those wishing to explore the Isle of Thanet (not really publicized enough). We stayed for 10 days and saw the lovely coastal towns and the varied beaches on offer. The flat has wonderful views and so close to the sea. Quiet and benefits from its own car parking space.Highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea. If anything, the photos do not do it justice. Superbly appointed and exceptionally clean. Communication with the owner was very easy. On site secure parking was a bonus. The location is a short walk to numerous restaurants and pubs with Waitrose a few minutes away. Ramsgate is a great base to explore the many attractions which abound in this beautiful part of the country. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this superb apartment and would highly recommend it. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Our only regret is that we had to go home.

Nice apartment

Smaller than I expected. Balcony narrow, windows filthy, but we cleaned them and had a nice view of the beach and sea. Tea, coffee and sugar, but no milk. Lots of cutlery, plates etc. TV nice size and Netflix, but no blinds on the windows and reflection made day viewing impossible. Comfy beds, and gorgeous bathrooms. Owners personal belongings in wardrobes. Very expensive for having to clean windows and owners stuff about and in fridge and freezer. As others said a mirror in the bedroom would be good. Would I stay again!

Great view and location

Our satnav could not find the property location, so we rang the host who sorted it very quickly. The tv did not work and again the host and her husband sorted it quickly. The apartment is lovely and we could live there as a couple. However it is not big enough for 4 adults. The second bedroom has 2 singles when it is only big enough for 1. The kitchen area is tight and the table/chairs make access to the fridge and oven difficult. The bath in the 2nd bathroom needs a mat when showering as it is slippery getting in and out. The view is fab!

It's right on the beach, from the early morning swimmers and dog walkers to the afternoon families and friends, there is always some fun going on outside. And you'll fall asleep, and wake up to, the sound of the sea each and every day.
