Quiet modern 2bd flat in central London near Old street
Spacious 2 bedroom flat on a quiet street close to Old Street (10 min) and Regentâs canal. Angel is 15 minutes away.
Fast optic fibre internet. Desks with monitors enable you to work remotely if needed. My place is perfect to exploring Angel, Shoreditch and Dalston and at the same time in a very quiet area of London so that nothing disturbs your sleep. You also have a picturesque canal in a short walk from my place.
Bed linen is 100% cotton.
Off street car park is available on request in the underground
The space
- selection of teas, coffee and cooking essentials
- fresh linen and towels
- hairdryer
- iron and ironing board
- plenty of wardrobe space
- good table for working or eating
- free parking
- smoking not allowed inside flat but allowed on balcony
- quick response to enquiries and questions
- one king size bed (150cm wide), one double bed (135cm wide) and one sofa bed which is 120cm wide
- An entire flat in a building built in 2009 and has excellent sound and heat insulation
- There is a large open plan living room/kitchen with a balcony and washing machine
- the flat is facing a quiet courtyard
- Both bedrooms have desks and one bedroom has a monitor
- Reliable fast optic fibre broadband
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire flat except for another bedroom and built in wardrobes
Other things to note:
Please note that the flat isn't suitable for parties or large gatherings and noise must be minimal in the evening and at night. I will need to fine anybody having a party in the flat ÂŁ200 and also put in an official complaint to VBRO and possibly to the police. I need to be this strict because my neighbours have only given me permission to do short terms lets on condition that I am very strict about parties.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
My flat is very central and convenient to get to London attractions and close to hip East London while very quiet - so you are assured to sleep well. My place also has a very good karma - most people who lived in my place longer-term either found a partner or bought a property. My flat is relatively new (14 years old) so you are less likely to encounter any maintenance issues and has excellent temperature and sound insulation - I never hear my neighbours. The flat is also designed to accommodate people with disabilities - it has wide door frames and even floors however I do have small door thresholds.
