Enclosed garden, which is mostly gravelled, with a raised patio area home to an outdoor table and four chairs, and a wrought iron garden bench. At the front of the property there is a stone bench, which bathes in the afternoon sun.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Free on-street parking is usually available for up to one car at the end of the quiet lane adjacent to the row of cottages
1 travel cot is available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
