It is a beautiful apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom located in a historic building in the center of Granada, which has been completely restored, respecting the architectural elements of the façade.

Upon entering the apartment we directly access the living room, decorated with quality furniture and which has a 1.50 cm double sofa-bed, side table, chairs and 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people. This room is very bright because it has 3 balconies with views of Calle Mesones and Placeta de Santo Cristo.

Next to the living room we find the bedroom, very spacious and bright thanks to two balconies that overlook Calle Mesones y Caldereros. It has a double bed of 1.60 x 2 m and a large built-in wardrobe.

Following the bedroom, and with access from the living room, is the spacious bathroom with a shower. It also has natural light thanks to a balcony that overlooks Calle Caldereros.

The apartment has air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. In addition, despite being completely exterior, the balconies are closed twice, guaranteeing rest.

As it is a historic building, it does not have an elevator.

The area of ​​the apartment is perfect for getting to know the city on foot, as it is in the heart of Granada, just a few steps from the main tourist attractions of the city. In addition, the area has many shops, restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy authentic Andalusian cuisine.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
