Moving through the sitting room and dining room, a rear hallway provides access to the cottage's useful boot room, utility space containing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and finally a handy, flamingo themed downstairs W.C.
To the rear of the house you'll find the cottage's kitchen. The heart of the home is undoubtedly this spacious and sunny kitchen and breakfast room.
Recently extended, this room contains a beautifully crafted, newly fitted kitchen with stunning, teal electric Aga, walk-in larder and double doors to rear patio and garden beyond.
