A beautiful cosy Andalusian style single floor villa in the heart of Costa del Sol. Close to the sea and local area shops, bars, train and bus. Located in the calm residential district of Benalmadena (Torremuelle). It is presented in wonderful condition throughout and offers attractive living space for a couples, family or a group of friends. Recommended number of guests from 4 to 6.

The swimming pool is not heated but Jacuzzi is during the whole year.

There is one parking space in front of the Villa.

Ideal place for romantic vacation or small family/friends reunions, birthdays or just a quiet retreat from a busy life. The close proximity to the golf course "Golf Torrequebrada" makes our House perfect as the base and retreat for golf enthusiasts.

Perfect villa and location

Absolutely loved the villa, the pool and jacuzzi were excellent and we made full use of them. The location was just perfect, only 6 min walk to the train station, and 5 to the beach… Dorothy and Adam were also amazing.We’re hoping to book again for next year..

This villa has everything you could ever possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Wonderful little villa

Lovely outside area pool,hot tub,gardens all spotless and well maintained. Villa spotless and extremely well equipped over and above our requirements. Nice peaceful area and close to benalmadena and fuengirola.

Stunning pool in a great quiet location but near to restaurants and supermarket

Brilliant pool and outside space could not get the grand kids out of it. Great local restaurants in walking distant with really friendly staff. We loved the villa and the location it was perfect for us and our two grand kids.

Super hosts and property

The property was excellent and had everything that you would want and more. Adam and Dorothy have obviously thought of everything to make guests experience 1st class. The kitchen had more than enough of everything and the welcome pack was a lovely added treat. The only one small gripe was that the living room only had seating for 3 people which for a family of 5 did pose a few slight problems when we stayed in to watch a film one night. We stayed for a week when the weather was not always great but the house (and hot tub) accommodated us perfectly (apart from the lack of seating in the lounge). The location was excellent with a couple of restaurants and a bar within 2 minutes walking distance and other lively resorts a 5/10 minute car drive away. All communication was replied to within a few minutes and I wish Adam and Dorothy all the success they deserve for running a well thought out property in every respect.

Beautiful villa and pool

We were thrilled with this villa with gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for us as a couple but would definitely suit a family of 4. We had a car so could easily reach all the beaches near by. Supermarket was in walking distance. We visited Mijas and Benalmádena old towns which are well worth a visit. We ate out at the Marina which has so many restaurants and shops but also cooked in villa as every piece of equipment you can image is available. We were also delighted with the welcome pack in the fridge - lots of goodies to start us off. We cannot recommend this villa enough.

Relaxing

The property is very clean with everything you need. We stayed in the villa all day as we could pop down to the supermarket for essentials. Although the walk back up the hill was a work out. We drove down to the main bars and restaurants every night. Dorothy was very helpful even when we got lost!! LOL I would definitely return to this villa. My eldest son did not want to go home.

Great Villa & Amazing Hosts!

We loved everything about our stay. The villa was amazing and had everything we could possibly need as a family, and a lot more. Our flight arrived much earlier than the official check in time, but Adam and Dorothy pulled out all the stops for us and we were able to check in early when we arrived, which was a god send in the hot weather with luggage! Our hosts had provided a lovely welcome pack, including most essentials (wine!). Due to some electrical works in the area, some of the outside lighting didn't come on at the usual time. We contacted the hosts via WhatsApp quite late in the evening (so we didn't forget the next day) to let them know and they were going to come round within 30 mins to check it out. Of course we said that wasn't necessary and Adam agreed to come over early the next morning instead, but it just demonstrates how on the ball the hosts are and that nothing is too much trouble for them. They were AMAZING! The area was fine, although we would have liked a little more in the immediate area (down to research when booking the villa I suppose). The beach at the bottom of the road was a massive bonus though. I would recommend getting there early to get a good spot in one of the little coves close to the water, as it gets busy quick, especially on the weekend. We didn't use the bus service, but the train service was good. We used this to get to and from the airport too! Overall, we had a great, relaxing week at the villa. We would highly recommend.

Perfect holydayhome

Bij aankomst was alles schoon en prima in orde. Het huis bied alle faciliteiten die je als gast wenst. Het huis staat in een rustige buurt. Buurtwinkel en treinstation op loopafstand. Dorothy thanks.

Lovely property

This is a lovely property. It’s it very well equipped. Everything has been thought of apart from one very baffling thing. There are no spare towels or bedding in the villa. You have to request them and they are delivered. We were staying for 4 weeks so we obviously needed clean linen. I arranged that the new bedding etc would be collected on Thursday at 2pm and new clean linen would be left. I knew we would be out so I said just come in and do the swap. So I duly stripped the beds on Thursday morning and left the dirty wet towels and bedding in a pile to be collected. When we returned to the villa they were still there so at 6.30pm I phoned to see what was happening. Apparently they had forgotten because they were busy. They said they would come the following day.This didn’t help us because we had no bedding on our beds and our dirty bedding was on the floor with wet towels. Fortunately there were only 2 of us staying and there are 4 single beds so we had to swap beds until we got the clean ones. Apart from this everything was good.

Fantastic holiday

Absolutely lovely property with everything we needed for a really great holiday. Beautiful pool and garden to relax in. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shop, train station and bus stop: Meant we could manage easily without hiring a car. The house was very comfortable; good beds, hot showers, well equipoed kitchen, wifi and air-conditioning. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Rustgevende vakantie

Wij zijn een gezin van 4. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. De omgeving is zeer stil en rustig. Het huis was zeer proper en alles qua benodigdheden voor een huishouden was voorradig. Onze vlucht was laat. Adam zorgde voor enkele boodschappen zodat we diezelfde avond niet meer naar de winkel hoefden. Zij zijn toegankelijke mensen en bij vragen hadden we snel antwoord. Wij waren heel tevreden over alles.

Relaxing week in the Sun

Have booked many properties with Vrbo and have yet to be disappointed and this is another booking that ticked all the boxes for us. We choose this style of property for the amenities, with private pool and in this case a hot tub as that is what we want when on our breaks. Dorothy met us at the property and talked us through everything and left us without any questions from either of us. Kitchen had everything you could think of, even spare batteries (which we did not need). Living areas were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were sufficient with the main bedroom having on the suite. Both bathrooms were clean and again had everything one needed. Outside is the best part of this Villa, with an amazing pool and hot tub (under a large gazebo). The pool is not heated but was not cold (once in) and the whole area faced South so had the sun all day.
