Ideal location for exploring the beautiful county of Kent, with Dover Castle and the famous White Cliffs within a 10-minute drive, whilst historic Canterbury and the coastal hub of Deal are 10 minutes further.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: TV, Sky
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Freezer
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, TV, Sky
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Situated in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful county of Kent, The Annexe at Whitfield offers a home from home, perfect for solo travellers, couples and friends looking for the comfort of self catering accommodation. With its own fenced garden area, after a day of exploring come back and enjoy a drink or meal al fresco, or simply relax. Inside offers plenty of space, with an living/dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Come evening, retreat to the bedroom with double bed, and a modern shower room.
Within walking distance you will find a small choice of amenities, with a cafĂ©, friendly pub and restaurant, as well as some takeaways just over a 10 minute walk away or couple of minutes drive. Located under a 10-minute drive is the Port of Dover, where day trips over to France are easily had, whilst the historic Dover Castle and the famous White Cliffs are certainly worth visiting. The cobbled streets of the picturesque city of Canterbury and the coastal hub of Deal are just 20 minutes away by car, with coastal delights of Whitstable and Broadstairs just 10 minutes further. You couldnât be in a better location for exploring all that Kent has to offer. Beach 5 miles.

Central heating is installed in the property which is on during winter months at key times and to a reasonable heating level. There also is a washing machine that is locked in the garage and can only be used with agreement by the owner at a small extra cost. Subject to agreement with the owner there may be times when an early check in and late check out is available at a small hourly fee to be paid separately to the owner. Please check if required.
