You are set in the heart of Norwich centre with the main view of Norwich Castle, you walk out to the main street where you will find shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and bars, quick transport stop for access all around Norwich and everything that Norwich offers in walking distance.

It's a short 2-minute walk you will get to the Norwich Market which is one of the largest and oldest open-air markets in the country, its rich heritage and traditional appearance are sure to charm you.

Browse through the stalls and you will find a fantastic range of goods and services; whether you’re after clothes, children’s toys, jewellery, household goods, flowers, keys cut or shoes mended, the market has it all!

After a quick lunch and browsing through the stalls, we suggested exploring Norwich's outstanding riverside walk for some beautiful views and calm evening walks.

Don't forget to visit the castle that is right on your doorstep as well as the hidden park "Castle Gardens". This little oasis is on top of the shopping centre "Castle Quarter" and it has the most amazing city skyline views.

You’ll have full and private use of the apartment during your stay, with no shared areas and complete freedom to enjoy the space at your own pace.

The property is located on the third floor and is easily reached via a lift, offering step-free access from the entrance to your front door.

Check-in is arranged through a personal meet and greet with a member of the Ginger & Gold team. We’ll coordinate with you in advance to agree a convenient time, walk you through the apartment on arrival, and hand over the keys in person. This allows us to answer any immediate questions and ensure you feel fully settled in from the moment you arrive.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel at home. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light, with cosy seating, a smart TV, and superfast Wi-Fi—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether you're catching up on emails or settling in for a film night, this is your space to relax.

Love to cook? You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dining table, or head out to one of Norwich’s fantastic cafés just a short stroll away.

Parking & Getting Around
While the apartment doesn’t have its own parking, there are plenty of public car parks just a short walk away:

Castle Mall Car Park (3-minute walk)
St. Andrews Car Park (7-minute walk)
Chantry Place Car Park (5-minute walk)

The house is located in a heart of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, and supermarkets.

This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a city centre on its doorstep. All the main transport routes are 1 minute away if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads.

If you are visiting with your friends or family we suggest you walk by the riverside until you reach Kett's Heights for the best sunsets with Norwich city skyline. It takes around 30 minutes to walk by the river, but every minute of that is worth the view.

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. We suggest to take a city sightseeing bus tour with an open-top double-decker bus.

To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

Check-in & Access:
Check-in is arranged through a personal meet and greet with a member of the Ginger & Gold team. We will show you around the flat and answer any questions that you have during your stay.

House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
- UK bed sizes apply.
