Cormorant Pace (Stopover Portsmouth) is ideally situated in the centre of Southsea, convenient for trains, Gunwharf Quays, D-Day museum and the Historic Ships and only minutes from Southsea Common and the beach. Moments from the Queen's hotel you will have found an ideal cheaper option for your family or group.
Southsea centre offers great restaurants and bars, nearby supermarkets and a lovely farmers' market on a Sunday. Southsea Common hosts major events throughout the year, the location is ideal for Victorious festival, Kite festival , trains to Goodwood or visiting the University or Law Courts. Parking is, however, very crowded. We provide a free pass for 1 car but I would encourage guests to come by public transport. Taxis are inexpensive, there are buses at the end of the road and cool scooters to hire within 500m.
The apartment is the full footprint of the raised ground floor, there are 14 steps to the main entrance (handrail) and 8 internal steps (4 up, 4 down) which gives a sense of privacy and space from the living to sleeping areas, within the flat.

Great apartment close to all amenities and the beach front

The apartment is spotlessly clean with all the mod cons you need. The main bedroom is big the second good size and the linen is of good standard with nice clean fluffy towels .Its a quiet apartment no road noise.The kitchen is well equipped too. walk in shower is lovey and hot.Stayed few times now here never been disappointed.Very friendly and helpfull hosts,

Southsea Flat

The flat was clean and comfortable. Easy 1-mile walk to Historic Dockyards, even closer to Southsea Castle and D-Day story, and convenient to restaurants and groceries. Hosts were very responsive to our inquiries, especially as we attempted to understand the parking situation. Street parking was available, and hosts provided necessary permits, but note that the permit region is vast so the empty space you find may end up being a 15-20 minute walk. Multi-floor building, older construction, so expect the usual noises from other residents. Overall, a positive stay.

Fab apartment close to seafront

The apartment was spotless clean and welcoming The kitchen has plenty of cutlery plates and spotless clean everything is new and of a high standard. Beds are comfy linen clean and of a good quality and there is bigger than average shower and bathroom. Perfect for a break away.close to seafront and amenities ie shops bars restaurants.

stunning apartment

The apartment was beautifull through out very clean and tidy lots of little extra touches The bedrooms were big and had very comfy beds and good quality linen. The shower is biggest I have seen had a nice bathroom .You are close to all amenties but it is a quiet apartment . The apartment was quality i could not fault anything. We had great stay the host were so helpful in everyway very obliging which made our stay.

This place is in a typical off-seafront location so there can be noise at times (bedrooms are at the rear of the building, so quieter), expect to enjoy the buzz of the town centre in a relaxed and easy-going neighbourhood.The place speaks of holidays with light streaming in (black-out blinds throughout if you need to rest), high ceilings and a coastal vibe. As hosts, out motto is 'make every stay count', we are local and can come quickly if needed to effectively sort any problem.
