Extreme poor communication

No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!!

Lodge was superb, very well equipped, comfy beds, clean, and really spacious.

Lodge was superb, very well equipped, comfy beds, clean, and really spacious. All had lots of privacy and outdoor garden furniture. Great to be able to pull your car up outside the lodge.Loved the full sized toiletries provided also along with washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc and the delicious apple juice and bag ðŸ˜Š
