Woodland Lodge that’s well equipped with one double with en suite shower and two twin. Family bathroom. Spacious open-plan living/kitchen area with French doors leading out to soft feel artificial grass decking with luxury outdoor hot tub.

There is a £100 security deposit if staying in Orchard and Bassetts Lodge, this is payable on arrival by card only
We are noticing when guests are checking in at reception they are trying to pay with their phones, unfortunately with a pre authorisation payment we physically need a bank card and pin number to take on our PDQ machine

Unfortunately this park does not accept any kind of group bookings - family or couples only. No stag or hen parties.

Please be aware your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on the day of arrival due to maintenance and water change.
Please note the exteriors of the Lodges at Warren Lodges varies therefore images on the web are typical and not necessarily the style of lodge you will be allocated.
Facilities
The swimming pool and gym facility will not be available until the 10/02/2026.
Opening times for the gym and swimming pool are 6.30am-9pm Monday to Thursday, 6.30am-8pm Friday, and 8am-6pm Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Children must be supervised in the swimming pool at all times. Swimming ratios are: 1 adult to 1 child under the age of five years; 1 adult to 2 children between the ages of 5 and 7; children between the ages of 8 and 15 must have an adult supervising at all times, at least on poolside. No adult can supervise more than three children.
“Please be aware that preparations have been made for erosion protection works to begin at Hoe Mill Bridge at The Causeway, Woodham Walter later this month.
Works will start Tuesday 27 August and run until mid-November 2019. During this time it will be necessary for Hoe Mill Bridge to fully close to vehicles (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to allow heavy machinery and equipment to be manoeuvred on the highway, providing protection to the public and the workforce. Pedestrian access over the bridge will be maintained.
Appropriate traffic management and diversions will be in place. “
