Villa Adoncia, on the island of Kea, is situated approximately 3 km away from the charming beach of Sykamia and just a 15-minute drive from the town of Ioulis, in a 5000m2 terrain. Built in 2009, chic and spacious, this beautiful residence where modern elegance meets traditional Aegean island style is ideal for couples and families that want to relax, seeking privacy and quiet. The villa can accommodate 10 guests in four bedrooms and an office with a pull out couch that can also be used as a double bedroom, served by five bathrooms. Villa Adoncia covers 250 m2, extending over two floors:

Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Children are welcome.
