Enter the small group of apartments via a private road. There is 1 allocated parking for every apartment as well as an overflow car park. Wander through the private gate onto the balcony and enter the property through the patio doors, into the bright and airy open plan living area with french doors and outstanding views over Pendine, far reaching towards the Gower Peninsula.
Rustle up a lovely meal in the modern well equipped kitchen with all mod cons, and dine with a view. Alternatively gather the family for a games evening around the table, or snuggle up in front of the 43 inch SMART TV for a movie night.
The two bedrooms offer ample sleeping space, and are perfect for a small family wanting a coastal break, consisting of a double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom.
