Great location, awful management, bad heat

The apartment is nice and it has a great location but there was barely any heat (I had to sleep in ski clothes), there was almost no toilet paper (1/10 of a roll for three people for 2 nights) 1 glass for three people, the bathroom sink was blocked, the refrigerator did not close and leaked, there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen. They charge 20 euros extra for sheets and 11 euros for a towel, they then require you to strip your own bed and empty your own trash. When we called the management company, they answer the phone from Paris, are unfriendly and unhelpful, told us they would address the above issues and then did nothing. This is really a shame with decent management this could be a great place.

Très bon séjour au cœur de Megeve

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement et la propreté ! La communication était excellente. S’il fallait trouver un bémol : odeur de cigarette et aurions aimé un sèche-cheveux 😅 Mais dans l’ensemble nous sommes ravis!
