Emerenziana Lovely Apartment

Bright apartment just renovated with a view of the Church of Sant\' Emerenziana.



The house is on the sixth floor with a lift and has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a sofa , a table with chairs, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful Church of Sant\' Emerenziana.

Our guests will have free use of Wi-Fi internet connection, heating, air conditioning, sheets, towels, hair dryer, fan in the bedroom and living room.



The residential area has many shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



Only 500 metres away are the stops of the Metro B1 line, Sant\'Agnese/Annibaliano and Libia, which will allow you to reach Termini Station, the Colosseum, and the Circus Maximus in just a few minutes.

Just a short walk away are the stops of various buses including no. 80 and no. 63 which will take you directly to the city centre.

The residential area has many shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Villa Ada Park is only a 10-minute walk away.

The LUISS University is just 20 minutes away.

From Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport you can reach Termini Station and from there take the Metro B1 to the Sant\'Agnese Annibaliano or Libia stops, the house is then 500 metres away on foot or from Fiumicino Airport take the FL1 train line to Nomentana station, then the house is 900 metres away on foot.

Upon request, we can provide a private driver transfer service (with car or van) that can meet guests at the airport, at the arrival gates, and take them directly to the apartment.

Tourist tax of €6 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.

For arrivals from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, an additional cost of €30 is charged, to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11:00 pm, check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.



Upon request, a transfer service with a driver (with car or minivan) is available, which can take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment and vice versa.
