The location was excellent! It was just a short walk to a mini supermarket, as well as a variety of great coffee shops and restaurants. Plus, we were only a few minutes away from popular tourist attractions and central areas, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the neighborhood. The place, and the floors, felt clean upon arrival.
**Cons:**
The property could use some basic maintenance and repairs. For example, the floor lamp by the sofa was broken, and the sofa covers, which were white, had some noticeable stains and could use a thorough clean. We also found that there were only two rolls of toilet paper for our three-night stay, which wasnât sufficient. While there was a coffee machine and filters provided, it would have been nice to have some coffee available for guests to avoid buying a whole bag for a short visit. Additionally, there was no laundry machine on-site, but there was a laundromat just down the street. It would be a thoughtful touch to provide umbrellas for guests, especially since we were coming from abroad and faced rainy weather. Lastly, the bed was missing a top sheet, which would have made for a more comfortable sleep.
Overall, while the location was fantastic, addressing these maintenance and convenience issues would greatly improve the experience.
