Befälhavaren och vardagsrummet har 55 "tv. Alla rum har Netflix tillgängligt. Olika brädspel ingår för regniga dagar. Njut av den uppvärmda poolen året runt eller fiska vid piren. Min fru och jag har ägt och drivit semesterbostäder sedan 2006. Under åren har vi tagit upp några idéer och lyssnat på våra gäster. Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very equipped with everything we needed and more. Everything went very smoothly and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We brought our toddler and there was all the equipment we needed for him in the house and the pool fence was very secure and put our minds at ease with regards to his safety.

Beautiful home

We had a fantastic time. The home was well equipped for going to the beach or lounging around the pool. My teenage boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome

we had a wonderful time at the Palm Tree! the house was so well appointed! It has everything you need for your home away from home. the pictures were exactly as depicted. the pool was warm and our kids spent tons of time in it. our son fished for hours off the dock, we saw dolphins daily hunting in the canal. The community was nice and quiet and we had some great sleeps. We chose this house for our family vacation so that we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to, and it did not disappoint! The Palm Tree is the perfect place to take a relaxing vacation. Thank you for hosting us!

Our Advice: Stay Here!

My husband and I stayed here for the entire month of January. Mike and Eva were warm and hospitable. They responded timely to all of our questions and requests, even providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and supplied with most everything we needed. We spent hours on the covered outdoor space overlooking the pool and canal. My husband fished most everyday from the private dock. A mama and baby dolphin visited us near the dock on or last full day there. What a treat!

Relaxing

Great stay with everything you could need. We used the kayaks and paddle boards out on the water. Tried our hand at fishing off the dock. Lots of swimming in the pool. Saw the manatees 5 minutes away. Lots of space for 2 families. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I would recommend this place to

The house was exactly as listed. There was something for everyone at this house - pool, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, beach gear. Located on a nice, quiet channel. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay and time in Apollo Beach! The house was just as listed and had tons of amenities!!! The family really enjoyed the pool, fishing, and playing pool. Michael was extremely responsive to every question and responded very quickly.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the property. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and we loved our time there. Only drawback was the fourth bedroom which was not connected to the main house. Created a logistics/safety issue for the kids staying in that room.

Home away from home

A beautiful open concept home, amazing pool, great dock for fishing and outdoor area that you want to live in forever. Amenities were so many… beach toys, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella ready to go. The outside seating with fans and lights really made it so comfortable. My little ones loved everything about this place and we cannot wait to come back:-)

Something for all ages.

We kayaked, had family photos, went to Legoland but other than that, stayed at the house. Cooked every meal except one when son brought home pizza on the way back from Legoland. Enjoyed the house very much. A few issues but Mike was always there to take care of them. A lot had to due with him not having knowledge of them. I would choose this location again and again. Grocery stores are conveniently located too!

Palm Tree Home

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood. House was perfect with an excellent pool and hot tub. Owner was very responsive to requests and provided good information about the community and places to eat and see.

Perfect Florida getaway, located on a saltwater canal. Manatees and Dolphins can be spotted right off the boat dock. This house has the relaxing feel one is looking for when on vacation. Almost everything is new. This is a great place to soak up the Florida sun and unwind from the daily stress. This home has 10-foot ceilings in the main area it provides a spacious feel. You won't feel "cramped" while on vacation. It has a large patio with loungers. The sun shines on the pool until 4:30 pm in the winter months. It is a perfect getaway.
