Comfortable apartment for up to 4 people located on the raised ground floor of a family house in Umag. The house is located in the Komunela area, a few steps from the supermarket, bar and sports field.
The city center and the beach are easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. The accommodation is the ideal accommodation for families with children. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available, private parking, grill.
The air-conditioned apartment has two bedrooms, dining area with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, two armchairs with coffee table, wardrobe and air conditioner, exit to the balcony furnished with table and 4 chairs overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe. Bed linen provided (changed weekly). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove with 4 electric plates, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, mocca, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils. The dining area features a table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, washing machine, external window, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). Private parking, barbecue and outdoor shower are available in the fenced property.

In the surrounding area there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish-based menus, pizzerias and beach bars.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad.
