The North Devon Tarka Trail is just a few minutes walk away where you can enjoy traffic free walking and cycling while exploring the rugged coastline. The sandy surfing beaches of Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands and Croyde are all an easy drive and Instow for sailing or a more gentle paddle. The property is also only a few minutes drive from the A39 to explore North Devon and North Cornwall.
