The villa is located in a secluded area of ââ2,500.00 square meters surrounded by pine trees, olive trees, botanical gardens and stone walls that match the surroundings.
The interior of the villa is elegant but also functional with modern minimal decoration. Two bedrooms, one is on the ground floor with 2 single beds that can be used as a double, balcony overlooking the bay and the second is on the first floor with a double bed and access to the sun terrace overlooking the bay. Both bedrooms are equipped with open wardrobes, air conditioning and HD TV.
Two bathrooms, one located on the ground floor eqquiped with a hydromassage shower column and one on the first floor with a free style bathtub. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
Living room located on the ground floor, eqquiped with a 3-seater sofa bed and a modern relaxing armchair, opening onto a stone balcony with unobstructed views. Fully eqquiped bright kitchen on the same level with a table.
