Inside this single level villa you will find the main area. There is a large, bright living room with an HDTV and air condition. Right next to it you will find the dinning area and a dining table. The living room has large windows that access the garden and the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all of the required essentials. All 4 of the bedrooms are beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic and are sunny during daytime. The villa also offers 2 bathrooms with shower. The villa also provides its guests with a washer, and and iron and air condition in the openroom and in the master bedroom.
Villa Aviana has a very quiet garden, and a great view.
The outdoor area also includes:
-Α private heated swimming pool. The use of the pool heating is an additional per day charge of 90 euros and has a minimum use of 3 days.
-Umbrellas and sun beds by the pool.
-A fully equipped BBQ.
