Welcome!
Full of character and very comfortable, our home is blessed with plenty of natural light from the large downstairs window, which owes to its former life as an ironmonger's shop.
Spread across two floors, the home sleeps four comfortably with two bedrooms.
The open-plan living room and kitchen give the home an airy and spacious feel.
The living room has two sofas and a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen is fitted with all the mod-cons, including a kettle, toaster, stove, oven and more.
There are two bedrooms. One features a double bed, while the other has two single bedsâall beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure comfort.
The house also has a full bathroom and a WC. The bathroom has a bath with an attached shower, basin, and toilet. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
Please note: We currently have no high chair, travel cot, or safety cot at the property. These will only be available next month or so. Visitors are welcome to bring their baby equipment.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The house is situated in the Bowes Park Conservation area, which has a lovely little park with seating, a small playground withngs and a climbing frame with slides. The park is directly across the road from the house. A small high street on Myddleton Road has independent cafes and shops. It is also a 15-minute walk to the main shopping area on Wood Green High Road, which has two cinemas, supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops. Twenty minutes walk to the west, along the New River Path (behind the house) and through Nightingale Gardens, is Alexandra Palace and Park, which often hosts concerts and events and further to the south of the High Road is Green Lanes, which is a popular Turkish/Greek/Cypriot area with some excellent restaurants to explore.
The property has multiple transport options for both driving and public transport.
By car, the house is 5 minutes from the North Circular (A406) which connects to the M1, M11, M40, and M4 in addition to many routes into London.
For public transport, it is positioned midway between Wood Green and Bounds Green underground stations (both Piccadilly Line to central London and Heathrow) and there are railway options at both Bowes Park and Alexandra Palace Stations. All four stations are a 10-15 minute walk away.
By bus, the nearest bus stops are serviced by the 221 and N91 from Bounds Green Road and by the 121, 232, 329, 629, and N29 from the High Road. The buses run very frequently.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 GBP smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
