A well positioned apartment central in Stockport City Centre, bright and compact, hosted by Staycasa Accommodation. Great location with amazing transport links situated just opposite of the Stockport train station and the new bus exchange centre. Restaurants and bars are just behind the apartment with plenty of options to choose from.
Apartment is fully equipped for both long and short term stays therefore week and month long enquiries are welcome.
Ideally situated in a sought-after area of Stockport. This location offers the perfect balance of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. Just a short walk from Stockport town center, you'll find the historic Market Place and the iconic Stockport Viaduct. The property enjoys excellent transport connections, with regular trains to Manchester city center taking just 12 minutes.
The neighborhood boasts plenty of local amenities, including independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Merseyway Shopping Centre is nearby, while the beautiful Vernon Park offers a peaceful escape. Perfect for both business travelers and tourists seeking a quieter alternative to city center accommodation.

+ Electric Heating with control panels in each room
+ Toiletries provided include: shampoo, body wash, hand wash, toilet roll, and hairdryer.
+ Linens provided include: Bedding, pillows, bath towels, warm covers for each room
+ Cleaning products and equipment available: Mop, vacuum cleaner, dust pan, antiseptic sprays, bin bags and wipes

+ Mersey Sqaure (3 minute walk)
+ Lord Street (3 minute walk)

+ 10-15mins by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £20.00)
+ By train: From MAN Airport to Stockport, then 5minute walk from station.

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
