Vår fantastiska oceanfront, nyrenoverade 1100 kvm ft ett sovrum lägenhet är marknivå, så inga trappor att klättra. Vår lägenhet sover bekvämt 4, men rymmer upp till 5 för en familj med små barn. Den utdragbara soffan är Queen size så mycket utrymme.
Platsen för denna svit ger en fin och cool lägenhet på sommaren och är bekvämt varm på vintern. Vi erbjuder en privat Oceanfront-pool och bubbelbad, tennisbana, tvättstuga på plats, fullt utrustat kök, trådlöst internet, lokal mark, nya möbler, sovrum med queen size-säng och stor queen size-utdragbar soffa, stor marknivå uteplats med utsikt över vattnet och modern inredning. Vi erbjuder en uppvärmd pool och badtunna på havet. Det finns en privat brygga för båtförtöjning, crabbing & fiske, en lekplats för barnen, tennisbana, bar-b-ques och en strand sida brand pit.
Det finns gott om vilda djur som omger området - kolibrier, blåhäger, kaniner, skalliga örnar, rådjur, flodtoppar, sälar och kanske även Orca i kanalen. Bara nerför vägen finns en original gammal engelsk pub (Crow & Gate) tillsammans med andra bra restauranger i området, golfbanor, och det är en kort 20 minuters bilresa till Nanaimo. Vi skulle gärna dela vårt lilla paradis med dig .....
Kom och njut av denna underbara plats. Vi ligger 15 minuter söder om Nanaimo, 70 minuter till Victoria och 10 minuter från staden Ladysmith. BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal och Nanaimo Regional Airport ligger bara tio minuter bort.

Very relaxing and peaceful spot! Not right on the water so you need to get up and go for a walk to enjoy the sunrise, but it is well worth the walk and time on the dock! Nicely updated and comfortable condominium. Thoroughly enjoyed our mornings, walking the tide waters and beach-combing. The unit is only 20min from Ladysmith, and has some very good pub/restaurants close by. Thanks for letting enjoy your condo!

Incredible and Magical Place

What a PERFECT oceanfront condo! My children thought it was magical. Easy to find! The beach was peaceful, everyone around was friendly, I will definitely go again! Outstanding place. We loved everything about it!

Perfectly quiet and relaxing

Was looking for some place really quiet and easy to relax for a couple of days before meeting up with family in Victoria. It was so peaceful here! Pretty much spent all day just sitting on the patio soaking it in. Cooked a couple of nice meals -- kitchen was well set up and had a good variety of cookware. A friend came over from the mainland and slept on the hide-a-bed; he said it was an especially comfortable one, so good to know. Would definitely stay again.

Swimming and beach-combing. Beautiful views. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped home. Easy check-in and excellent communication with host. This place has it all for enjoying ocean activities, relaxing, and making memories by the sea.

Beautiful resort and unit

Beautiful resort on the ocean with a pool, spa, tennis courts, walking trails nearby and on the beach, and a pier. Outdoor barbeque areas including a table by the ocean.

Perfect staycation!

We are unable to get away for any decent length of time so this two nighter was fantastic for us! Had just the right amenities to feel like we were on a real vacation. (The woods, the water, the BBQ set ups and pool) Everything we needed was available in the condo. Would stay again!

Lovely location

Excellent 1 bedroom condo - great condition; comfortable and lovely location. A few steps bring you right to the ocean front and the view across the Islands to the coastal mountains, the call of the birds in the morning. Peaceful and enjoyable despite the November rain.

Beautiful Spot

We recently stayed at Inn of The Sea for small family gathering. The suite was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The setting is spectacular with its beautiful ocean view. Highly recommended.

great spot if you are looking to unplug

The condo is very clean and modern and stays cool in the evening even though the temp hit 30 deg C during the day. The complex is very family friendly as there were lots of young families around but noise was never an issue for us. There isn't anything in walking distance in terms of restaurants/pubs so you will have to drive to get to sort of place. The owner was great to deal with and even provided a crib and high chair for our little guy. The lack of in suite washer/dryer was a bit of a bummer considering we stayed a full week but there is laundry facilities on the condo grounds. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

The condo was clean and had a nice view and was very quiet

Place was clean and very quiet and nice view. It had everything we needed. Loved the crow and gate pub-awesome food and the hike on the Roberts memorial trail.. only issue was coffee maker - love my coffee on the am and had issues making a decent cup of coffee in the maker so we just went to coco cafe which was great

Beautiful, secluded waterfront condo with nice amenities

We stayed at the Inn of the Sea and had a great time. We appreciated the comforts of the well maintained condo and grounds, the walks by the ocean in the evening. My son loved the pool and the badminton net. Its close proximity to the highway made it easy to sightsee the coast. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the island and recommend others to stay here too!

Very Peaceful Retreat

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. Our kids really enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the campfire near the pool and exploring the beach at night. The owner was very accommodating and the accommodations were easy to access and room. There is a more than adequate grocery store nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed and the couches were comfy. The rest of the property was tranquil which is what we were looking for to decompress. Would highly recommend for those looking to catch up on some reading near the water.

Beautifully appointed condo - fantastic views

This condo is quite large for a one bedroom. The kitchen and living areas are newly appointed and really nice. The owner is very attentive, accommodating and helpful with all inquiries. I especially liked the fact there is a hot tub year around and a pool (although not heated during winter months). The location of Inn of the Seas is perfect. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but also within 20 minutes of the bigger city of Nanaimo. I would recommend this resort and unit 127.

Fabulous Getaway

This condo was beautiful, newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. I like the fact that it was ground level, easy to bring in our luggage and groceries. A bonus was on the very hot summer days our condo was nice and cool, as the cedar trees provided lots of shade. It was also nice to be able to see the ocean right from our living room. The grounds are immaculate and having a pool and hot tub right on the ocean to relax around was wonderful. We also loved sitting on the patio taking in the ocean view and watching the hummingbirds and bunnies play. Tammy was a joy to deal with she was very responsive and made it very easy for us to book our vacation. We would definitely recommend this condo to other travelers and we for sure will be back again next summer.

Being from the East Coast, my husband and I love the ocean. We have always dreamed of owning an ocean front property and a couple years ago we made that dream come true. It was the best decision we have ever made. We try to escape to the island with our kids as much as we can.

We discovered this property a few years ago when we were searching for a family oriented waterfront vacation rental. We found paradise, it had everything we were looking for and to say we bought this condo and now want to share what we have found.
