Small visit to the accommodation:

As soon as we enter, nice surprise, the sea is at our feet! The wide and spacious, warm and pleasant, open and protected terrace: a full-fledged place of life where the summer afternoons dozed off and we appreciate the sweetness of the evenings.
It is after we observe the main room: a fully equipped kitchen with the American opening on the conviviality of the living room. Welcoming for 4 people and up to 6 beds for large families.

Appoint air conditioning (July and August only), with many storage.
Equipped kitchen: microwave oven, bread grid, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge and even washing machine.
Salon with television and 140 convertible sofa, overlooking a separate bedroom with comfortable 140 bed.
Cabine bedroom with bunk bed.
Bathroom: bath with single basin furniture
Large supervised swimming pool in the residence accessible for free.
Many shops at 300m (pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, organic supermarket,)….
City center easily accessible on foot or by bus.

Take advantage of your vacation without worrying about the cleaning. We take care of cleaning the accommodation for you.
Travel light! We praise you bedrooms for 20 € per set during your stay.

The Charles Osborn concierge will be present to welcome you to its premises located opposite the residence. On this occasion, you can sign the rental contract, provide the deposit check for an amount of € 400 and we will give you an access to housing.

The Charles Osborn concierge can organize and facilitate your stay for you (transport, reservation, outdoor activities, delivery of shopping, etc.)

Access to the residence via a pedestrian gate. Then by the elevator at the bottom of the patio, to the second floor below.
You can access the property by following the detailed instructions. The residence is called "Les Nautiques de St Clair" and has a large green gate. You can park in one of the many spaces available in front of the residence, or if you prefer private parking, please contact the Charles Osborn concierge to reserve a space (additional cost).

To guarantee you a quality stay, our team welcomes you to our premises at 22 corniche de Neuburg, 34200 Sète, to hand over the keys and explain how to access them. We are available throughout your stay to answer your questions and advise you. If you'd like a set of bed linen for added comfort, our laundry can provide a complete set, including bath sheets. (additional cost)

The Terramer is located 1 minute walk from the Corniche beach.
Place de la Corniche is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes and has many shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, organic store, wine merchant, fishmonger, supermarket, laundromat, bicycle rental, etc.

Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France station at 50 minutes.
Sète station 20 minutes (summer).
Airport/station transfer possible on request.
Car rental also on request.
To get to the agency by public transport, you need to stop at Sète station and take two buses to the corniche.

The rental includes cleaning fees, and key pickup is directly at the concierge's office between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Optional bed linen sets are available for €20 for the 140-sized bed and €10 for the 90-sized bed, or €30 for a set for 3 people. Additional bed linen sets are also available for €20 each.
A mandatory deposit of €1000 can be provided either as a check, which will be destroyed 14 days after departure, or as a bank guarantee (additional fees of 1.8% apply for this option).
A supplement of €25 will be payable for arrivals after 8 p.m.
