Welcome to my home!

Located in a quiet historic 116-year-old mansion house, this is the perfect place to stay where you can explore the city of Liverpool and the stunning coastal attractions of Merseyside or while you enjoy all the sporting and entertainment attractions of the Northwest. The apartment is ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

Set in one of Merseyside’s most prestigious areas this luxury 5 star apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering beautiful views of a large, well-maintained shared garden and within a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the beach at Blundellsands with the famous iron man statues of Anthony Gormley’s Another Place that adorn the stunning beach walks and coastal wildlife reserve.

It's tastefully and fully furnished with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, with high ornate ceilings and a white and grey color scheme throughout that exudes an air of calm and tranquillity. With plantation shutters, wood floors, marble-topped kitchen island, and worktops: the apartment is ultra-ecofriendly with intelligent heating and lighting systems- Just say “Alexa turn on kitchen pendants” or “Alexa BBC One Lounge TV on” and it all happens by magic!

Designed with a large, open-plan living area: guests will find a 65” flat screen TV, a Bose smart speaker, and a cosy gas fireplace for evenings when the sea air is cool. The stressless leather recliner is perfect for an afternoon nap. Meanwhile, the fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight and provides an induction hob (with all pans) an American-style double fridge freezer with a filtered cold-water dispenser, and an ice maker. A filtered hot water dispenser is also provided via the main tap over the kitchen sink, making that cup of tea in the morning instantaneous.

The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, both come standard with an ensuite with the highest quality bathroom fittings and complimentary hotel-quality linens and cosmetic packs for maximum comfort.

The Master bedroom is very palatial and includes a super king-size bed, gas fireplace, a 55” flat screen TV, air conditioning (for those hot summer nights), and a workspace. The luxury ensuite provides a double shower and a double vanity unit. An under-counter night light operates automatically during darkness.

The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, a 55” flat screen TV, and a luxury ensuite bathroom.

The utility room provides access to the Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a high-quality Philips steam iron and ironing board for your convenience.

You are welcome to use the Peloton while staying, but please bring your own shoes and account sign-in details.

All guests will receive a complimentary bottle of wine, a pack of locally produced Crosby coffee, tea bags and biscuits. Breakfast condiments are also complementary to start you off.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

The large garden is a shared garden that you are freely able to enjoy while staying, a private patio with seating is provided directly to the back of the apartment overlooking the garden.

2 free parking spaces are available directly in front of the apatment on our own private shared driveway.

You’ll love our house's superb location and the extensive garden, almost the size of a football pitch, where you can sit and watch the stunning sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the array of wildlife and the occasional red squirrel. The stunningly beautiful coastal walks and cycle routes make you feel as though you are miles from anywhere, yet you are a short distance from the vibrant city of Liverpool with its maritime history, Liverpool One shopping centre, and The Beatles Experience.

Liverpool has more museums, theatres, and galleries than any other UK city outside of London so prepare for a cultural experience. Rough Guide to the Planet states it is the 3rd best city to visit in the world!

Blundellsands beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The white sandy beach is a key attraction in Anthony Gormley's 'Another Place' (the Iron Men). Sea views also encompass the Wirral peninsular and Welsh Hills beyond. There is direct access to the expansive sandy beach, a lovely, tarmacked promenade, sand dunes and lovely coastal walks and cycle routes. Or just sit and enjoy watching the tide come in or the sun goes down.

It is a perfect base for visiting a wide range of places with the M57 motorway only 6 miles away - convenient for many destinations throughout the country including the Lake District, North Wales, Chester, Manchester, and Yorkshire.

- Chester: Roman City with beautiful historic buildings is only 45 minutes by car and can also be reached by train in just over 1 hour.
- North Wales: You can be in the heart of North Wales by car in about 1 hour and 20 mins.
- Lake District: 1.5 hours by car and you will be in the heart of the Lake District.

Hall Road (HLR) station is a leisurely 3-minute walk away from my home and is connected to Merseyrail Line. From there, it'll take you 37-minutes by train to reach Liverpool Central. Alternatively, if you wish to drive or use a cab/UBER, it'll take less than 25-minutes via the motorway, depending on traffic conditions.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the house. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
