Extended on two levels connected by stairs, Villa Lato comes with two bright double bedrooms; the bedroom of the upper floor features an ensuite bathroom with shower and heated floor having all the toiletries that could make your stay a perfect one.
The ground floor maintains the same modern style and furnishing in its second double bedroom and in the contemporary bathroom. Cosy and charming, the living room has a super blue, open view over the private pool, while the kitchen equipment will make you feel like home. We do not miss any popular amenity that could indulge you, like air conditioning in every room, private parking, great WiFi connection and many more.
In the panoramic patio the private swimming pool extends prominently and definitely takes off your experience in Mirabella Hills. The comfy sunbeds and the wide umbrellas will make the exterior your private place in Villa Lato along with the outdoor furniture to dine all day under the cretan sky. Private parking space is also provided for our guests to be completely independent having no procedural concern.
- Climate Resilience Tax of 2.00 per villa per night should be paid for stays between April and October.
- Government Tax of 0.50 EUR per villa per night should be paid upon arrival for stay dates the remaining period of the year.
- The villas private pool is not supervised. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
