One of six properties in The Glasgow Collection, this newly refurbished bright and spacious two bedroom main door property with its own private driveway and garden is situated a short walk away from the city centre and close to public transport links.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Glasgow Green, this modern ground floor accommodation is only a 20 minute walk to the Merchant City or a 5 minute walk to the train station with a frequent service to the city centre taking only 6 minutes.

This property is an ideal base for couples or friends wishing to explore Glasgow and the surrounding area. Spend time enjoying all that the city has to offer and then relax and recharge in this quiet oasis next to Glasgow Green.

This contemporary, comfortable, ground floor accommodation is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. With a small garden at the front and a private enclosed garden at the rear, this property has main door entry.

The front door leads into a small hallway with space for coats and shoes. This then opens into a spacious and bright lounge which has a comfortable swivel armchair, a stylish sofa and features a bright dining space with a glass dining table and four chairs. It is equipped with a smart Satellite TV with on demand apps such as BBC iPlayer and has fast internet access. The lounge leads to an internal hallway from which the two double bedrooms are accessed. The main bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe which offers plenty of storage space. The second bedroom also has a built in wardrobe and a double bed. Both bedrooms overlook the rear garden.

The bathroom has a contemporary three piece white suite and shower over the bath, an LED demisting mirror and plenty of storage space. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and the latest digital ceramic hob.

The private rear garden is fully enclosed by tall fencing and has a table with chairs, a rotary washing line for drying clothes and is accessed via a locked gate. Offstreet parking is provided by a private driveway adjacent to the property.

We provide tea, coffee and other essentials such as salt & pepper and olive oil to make your stay more comfortable. Hotel standard cotton bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. For your safety there are interconnected smoke alarms and a heat detector, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. If travelling by car the house can be easily reached from the M8, M74 and M77 motorways otherwise Bridgeton Train station is an 5 minute walk away,

The accommodation is 5 minutes drive from the Celtic football ground and the Emirates Arena and 5 minutes drive from the Tollcross international swimming centre. A short walk will take you to Glasgow Green which is Glasgow’s oldest park and is a fantastic space to explore featuring the Peoples Palace, Nelsons Monument and the Templeton Factory. Glasgow Cross and the famous Tron are an 7 minute drive away and a 8 minute drive will take you to Glasgow Cathedral and Strathclyde University. The property is also a 8 minute drive to the Barrowlands and a 17 minute drive to the SECC/The Hydro.

A central stay.

We had a great stay. The property was situated in ce tral spot so that we could get to all the places we were going easily. Also in walking distance of a pub and store which was convenient.

The flat offers basic necessities. The apartment complex overall is home to culturally diverse families, many with young children. Unfortunately the grounds overall are not well kept. Like many urban locations, there is some litter on the complex's grounds. The flat was quiet, easy to access and comfortable overall. Kitchen knives need sharpening and selected pots need replacement. Instructions for a complicated and sub optimal TV needed. Owners are responsive.

Glasgow house

The house is in an estate. It didn't look like the best part of the city but was close to the park and within walking distance of the city centre. The house was neat and clean but the kitchen could have been better equipped.

Warm and cosy after each day’s Christmas shopping. Thank you Jacqui.

This property was perfect for our needs. At the end of each day out it was lovely to get back to a warm, cosy and comfortable house, with space for the little one. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped well for our stay and needs, plenty of towels and it was quiet. A designated parking space is one of the main reasons we chose this property. A five minute walk to the station with, regular trains, the next stop you’re in the centre of Glasgow. For us there was only one minor niggle. There wasn’t enough hot water to bath the little one but we managed in the shower, we’ve done it before. I am certain that if I had asked Jacqui she would have sorted it because, this is one really helpful, understanding and attentive lady and she is quick to respond to messages. We would stay again

We love living in Glasgow although we wish the weather could be better!

We have a toddler who keeps us both on our toes as well as 4 older children.

We love travelling and have visited lots of places for work and pleasure. My favourite places to date are Montenegro and Brazil and I always love spending time in France. We’re hoping to visit Vancouver and New Zealand sometime soon.

We love hosting people from all corners of the world and hearing the reasons why they’re visiting Glasgow.
