ÄLSKT fullt möblerade hem på en idylisk tropisk plats för lugn avkoppling och ändå med tillgång till allt du vill ha för en perfekt semester. Fantastiskt fiske! Ta med din båt! Eller bara fiska från kajen och njuta av fågelskådning. Bara cirka 15-20 minuter ut till hamnen i Charlotte med båt och omgiven av stora kajakvattenvägar. Fiskeutrustning och två kvalitetskajaker tillgängliga för gästbruk. Om du älskar vattnet och utomhus vattensporter av alla slag är detta den perfekta platsen för dig. Och solnedgångarna är underbara precis från poolen!

Njut av lugnet i vårt nyrenoverade hem med en stor bur uppvärmd pool, 3 sovrum, (kung, drottning, 2 tvillingar) och 2 fulla bad.
Nära Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Wharf och favoritön Boca Grande med båt eller bil. Jag älskar den här platsen eftersom ingen är tvärs över huset på kanalen eller på någon sida av huset, så det har massor av privatliv!

The home was as advertised: quite comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet -- just what we were looking for. And the owner provided plenty of useful information about the property and the surrounding area to visit. We enjoyed it very much and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful.Good fishing right from the dock and easy bay access 10/15minutes away with a boat. We caught hundreds of fish in the area.Kids loved the pool. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub.Location is excellent, 10 minutes by car to everyday shopping needs and to the bait shop.Listing is accurate and the host provided quick and efficient communication. Home was clean and stocked appropriately.Highly recommend this property for a lovely family get away.If we come to the area again I would definitely stay again.Thank you!

Beautiful Place

The house was wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and fishing on the dock. It was a very peaceful quiet place. The house was clean and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a place in Port Charlotte, this is definitely it.

Great place! Quiet, peaceful views of nature

The home is very clean, in a great quiet neighborhood. Watching the fish jump was a treat as I floated in the perfectly tempered pool. The host is very nice and responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!

Great property and loved the kayaks

The house was great, clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient and the fishing dock and the kayaks were a favorite with the family. Will stay here again if we get the chance. My nine-year-old son liked it so much he wanted us to buy the house!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The property had everything we needed to have fun! A heated pool, a hot tub, kayaks, and a canal and dock for our boat! Caught some nice fish from the dock, too! Very quiet neighborhood added to the peace!

A wonderful vacation to remember

We stayed for the month of February. Everything was ready for us with a few bonus items (a hot tub and a sunning deck). My family was very impressed with the view of the canal and the foliage across from us. We would love to come back next year.

Beautiful views

We had a lovely 6 week stay here while we searched for our own home in Port Charlotte. The home was well equipped for all your needs and you couldn’t ask for a more serene and beautiful location. We throughly enjoyed the pool and lanai. Working with the home owner to extend our stay was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this home to anyone.

A Little Paradise

We spent most the month of March in this beautiful home. The house is even nicer than in the pictures. The master suite was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the large shower. We practically lived out by the pool. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Thanks to the wonderful owners for sharing thier beautiful home!

Paradise

Nice Home - Beautiful Neighborhood

My husband & I spent the month of March here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Location is very quiet but a short ride to anything you need. The heated pool is wonderful as is the master bedroom suite. The canal is wide, quiet and no development on the other side. We saw many fish jumping and alot of the native birds visited us often. Wonderful place to spend some time.

Family getaway

We picked Anga’s home as a place to escape to and we did just that! After a 24 hour drive we checked in no issues were able to unpack and relax. Her home was very inviting and clean. With beautiful pool canal views! Anga was very helpful and quick to respond when questions came up. She also gave us recommendations of where to go and what to see! We loved our stay and hope to be back some time soon!

Wonderful property with great access to Port Charlotte Harbor

We spent several weeks at this property and couldn’t be happier. The dock and boat lift were awesome. It allowed us to fish and explore the harbor and surrounding beaches, without the hassle of pulling a boat and trailer around everywhere. You can’t beat Cayo Costa. Pool was great to cool off after our adventures. From this property you can explore close to 20 different public beaches within a hours drive. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Out of the cold

The house was lovely! The pool was beautiful! Whatever brand the king sized mattress is, I need to know! It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Every detail was considered and we enjoyed our time there. It is a residential neighborhood, so no nightlife without a bit of travel. We went to escape the gray skies of March and returned refreshed!

Better then described

Thoroughly loved our time here. The place was immaculately clean. No dust bunnies in the corners. Appliances modern and fully functional. Bed is super comfortable. Pool, as others described larger then it looks in pictures, and the temperature is perfect. The dock was perfect for fishing (caught 37 inch drum, lady fish, mangrove snapper, toad fish, catfish, Sunshine Bass,). The stay was peaceful, We know the area and love it. Close to shopping, bait stores, beaches, and easy access to I-75 if needed. We already have a second trip planned and can't wait.

Respite from the Maine Winters

We had a great stay and looking forward to another visit next year. Port Charlotte is chocked full of restaurants and shopping. Most restaurants delivered as well so we could enjoy an already prepared meal poolside. Punta Gorda is close by and enjoyed eating out at Fisherman’s Village and the Crab Shack. Anga is a wonderful host. We didn’t lack for anything. Having a dock available for our 16’ fishing boat worked out perfectly. We fished almost daily and enjoyed our catches on the grill. When not fishing, we had fun exploring the canals. While the weather was a bit cooler than normal, we were able to enjoy the pool on occasion and we were quite cozy inside on those rainy days.

Paradise View

We booked this residence for Christmas 2023. It was everything we expected and more. We have stayed at many places in Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. This by far had the best backyard (pool, hottub, sunning deck, dock, view) of any place we have ever stayed. The house had everything we needed. The neigbors were great. Carol came over everyday with her golden doodle to play with ours. They had a blast. The cul-de-sac was very quiet. The morning coffees outside and the night time in the hot tub were two of our favorite things. The sunning deck was amazing. We saw many fish and a dolphin from the dock. The privacy on the canal with no houses across from us was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with my son and his partner. Property was just as advertised. Loved the quiet residential location. Pool was larger than I'm used to in Florida and that was great. Did a lot of fishing in the canal and caught multiple species - shark, black drum, snapper, sheepshead. I would suggest bringing your own fishing equipment. One note - it would be nice to have some more beach towels for the pool as there was only one in the house. Anga was terrific about answering any questions immediately and was very helpful. The neighbor was very nice. Thirty minute drive to the beach wasn't ideal, but it was very doable. I would most defnitely stay here again.

Nice House and Great Heated Pool

House is exceptionally clean and has been updated, particularly in the master bedroom/bath and kitchen. Very large heated pool is kept at 85 degrees -- great for those cool days and evenings in February and March. Enjoyed cooking and eating both inside and outside on the covered lanai. Property is on one of the many man-dredged canals that cover large areas of Port Charlotte. This one is particularly nice because there is no construction (i.e. a house with covered lanai and boat dock) directly across the canal -- only Florida jungle, which is nice to look at. Also, the canal is wider than most. If you are a dog owner, walking is easy because the location is near the end of a dead end road and traffic is minimal. If you are a boater, this is a great location. Only problem with this location for us is that Port Charlotte can be perfectly characterized as "No There There!!" -- no sense of a real town with character, just typical urban sprawl centered on the Tamiami Trail, Route 41. However, It is a short distance from the charming town of Punta Gorda (south over the Peace River) and up to an hour from the great cities of Venice and Sarasota (west, on the Gulf of Mexico). The owners, Anga and Ed, although not located in the area, were most helpful and very responsive to the few problems we encountered during our three weeks on the property. ..
