5 Bedroom Villa in Dunas Douradas close to the Beach - J169 - Dunas Douradas, Algarve

Villa Dunas is a large five bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas. The villa is located within walking distance of Dunas Douradas beach where you will find miles of golden sand and Maria's beach restaurant. A short walk up the beach will take you to even more restaurants, Izzy's, Antonio's and Julia's. Guests of this holiday rental can use the communal facilities within the Dunas Douradas resort including communal pool, tennis courts (local hire charge), restaurant and snack bar. Villa Dunas benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), WiFi, barbeque and air-conditioning.


Villa Dunas is built over three levels. The ground floor is comprised of a large hallway leading to a spacious living room with cable TV (including Sky Sports) and dining area which seats 8 comfortably. Leading off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including American style fridge/freezer, hob, juicer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. On this floor there is also a cloak room, TV room and an ensuite double bedroom.


Bedroom two and three are located on the first floor of the villa. Both bedrooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms and share a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool.


The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa. Both of these bedrooms have twin beds and ensuite bathrooms.


The lower level of the villa also has a games room including a pool table, foosball and TV area.


Outside the large private swimming pool measures 8.5 x 4 metres and can be heated against an extra charge. The barbeque area with gas barbeque and dining set is located on a raised terrace overlooking the pool. This area overlooks Dunas Douradas communal gardens.


Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. 


Dunas Douradas is located between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. All the best restaurants the Algarve has to offer are close by. There are golf courses in Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Within walking distance of Villa Dunas is Vale do Lobo's Tennis Academy. Here you will find a gym, tennis courts and a snack bar.
