Cosy and Modern 2-Bed Bungalow 150m from Beach
We would be delighted for you to come and stay at our beautifully renovated two bed holiday home, by the seaside in the village of East Runton. We’ve thoughtfully provided everything you may need to complement your experience of staying at ‘The Kitbag’ and pride ourselves on attention to detail. Here, you are just footsteps from shops, restaurants, cafes and the idyllic sandy beaches.
The space
We have created a modern, cosy and fresh open-plan living and dining space with a fully-equipped brand new kitchen. The impressive full-width bay windows to the front of the home create a bright and welcoming space. There is a large main bedroom with a comfy king-size bed and en-suite with bath. There is a further bedroom with bunk-beds and wet-room style en-suite. Both bathrooms have illuminated mirrors and mains power showers.
We’ve restored a beautiful stained-glass interior window pane to the entrance hall and added key features with fun, modern tiling and lighting to maximise the home's charm.
Outdoors has been transformed with outdoor floor tiling and wooden panelling to offer an attractive seating terrace where you can relax and enjoy a choice beverage. The wall-hung smart television has access to highly favoured apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. A travel cot and high chair can be made available.
Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourselves, enjoy!

A note on accessibility. We have been mindful of making this home as user-friendly as possible during our renovation with a ramp to entrance and wet-room with walk-in shower. If you have any queries around this and whether this home will suit your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We hold eco-friendly options in high regard and have been conscious of this in the development of our homes and what we offer. We are also keen to support the local community and as such we offer each guest a bag of luxury coffee from the café a few doors down. We will continue to strive towards goals in these areas, accordingly.
