The family holiday home "Het Houten Kwartier" is quietly and beautifully nestled in a garden area between trees near the beach of Ouddorp. A part of the house on the north side is completely separated from the main house and has its own entrance and garden, and seating area. The shingle-clad house facade and the colorful large shutters give the house a fairytale look.

The apartment is suitable for 5 people and has a cozy living room on the first floor with a comfortable seating area and an open kitchen equipped with all the amenities for preparing delicious meals. Also, you will find a bathroom area with a toilet, sink, and washing machine, as well as a small storage room. 

After the front door, a staircase leads to the second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the master bedroom, a double bed 140 x 200 cm invites you to sleep, supplemented with a crib. In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed and a single bed, all in size 90 x 200 cm.  The apartment is therefore very suitable for a family with children. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

On the northern seating area, you can enjoy your well-deserved rest at the garden table or in the deck chairs, while the children can let off steam on the approx. 20 x 25 m large playground, equipped with a swing and picnic table.

At a distance of about 50m from the house entrance a car can be parked in its own private parking lot.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
