Please note: Marbella has a very hill-vast area and we recommend each guest to use a rental car. Contact us if you need a rental car, a taxi pickup or information about how to get around. We are more than happy to give you all the information needed. This service can be purchased at the reception of the community.

4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €599,00.
8. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
9. Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. Therefore we can not guarantee access to any community swimming pool during this period.
10. We do not accept all male or all female groups.

13. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
